Confirmation of reservation
Your booking is confirmed when you receive a confirmation of reservation from us. This will be sent to you upon receipt by us of your holiday payment and the details on it should be checked carefully by you as it may not be possible to make changes at a later date.
Once the chalet booking has been accepted by us and confirmed we undertake that the price will not change and no surcharges added unless you have amended the booking by requesting supplementary services.

The balance of your holiday payment is due 10 weeks before the start date of your holiday. The confirmation/invoice will show the date by which this payment should be made so please note this carefully.
