CL offers a lifestyle and property management service to owners and potential owners of chalets and apartments within the Chamonix valley to assist with the process of the day-to-day running of property, or difficulties arising from limited french language capabilities and the complications of everyday French administration or practicalities.
Our services include liaising on your behalf with French local authorities and administrations, arranging local representation/assistance/attendance at meetings, interpreting, collecting and dealing with correspondence, key-holding and sourcing reliable local providers of services.
We use our long experience, vast local knowledge and extensive network of contacts in working in your best interests and we do not accept 3rd party commissions or incentives that may affect our impartiality.
We work on a flexible basis and fees are based on time spent and the nature of work we undertake on your behalf. We ask for an advance retainer fee and a sum that will cover any pre-agreed expenses and allow us to make direct arrangements on your behalf where this is appropriate. We undertake to keep you informed with regular updates of the progress of work done on your behalf and will not act on your behalf without your prior agreement and instruction.
All our client relationships and dealings are treated with the utmost discretion and confidentiality.
